You will risk of loosing your tackle.Īnd this is not about when you jump in your boat, but only when you exit the waterway or leaving the game.Fishing Planet® is a unique and highly realistic online first-person multiplayer fishing simulator developed by avid fishing enthusiasts for anglers to bring you the full thrill of actual angling! Choose your lures, make your trophy catches, discover new possibilities and sharpen your real angling skills anywhere, anytime with your friends! Its just how they made the game, its even told by the devs themselves as well, that what happens is that if you leave a rod in the water while exiting the game or waterway, and you hook up a fish durning that time. You're not actually going anywhere and when you re-enter the game, you spawn right back where you were before (unless you left the lake). If you're losing gear there's probably a bug. I've been playing this game since 2016 and have always just left the stand (do it all the time by just getting in the boat, the rods and stand disappear). Make sure to reel in all your rods before exit the game or leaving a fishing spot. This is not a bug, its how the game is made.
